This website is a catalogue for our boutique in Dubai’s Gold Souq. It has no customer accounts, no checkout, and it sets no cookies of its own. We keep the data story as quiet as the rest of the site.

The only information we ever hold is what you choose to send us, such as a WhatsApp message, an Instagram message or the details you include in an enquiry about buying, selling or trading a watch.

Messages are used to answer you, to prepare an offer or valuation you asked for, and for nothing else. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone, and we do not add you to mailing lists.

If you contact us through WhatsApp or Instagram, those platforms process your data under their own privacy policies. Our website is hosted on Vercel, whose servers keep standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to run the service securely.

Retention and your rights

We keep correspondence only as long as a genuine business reason exists, such as an open enquiry or a completed transaction record. Ask us at any time to see or delete what we hold about you and we will do so, except where a legal obligation requires us to keep it.
