How long does an offer take?
Usually the same day. Send photos in the morning and you will normally have a number by evening. In the boutique, authentication happens while you wait, and most offers are on the table within the hour.
Do I need the box and papers?
No. A full set lifts the offer, but we buy watches on their own merits every week. Bring what you have and we will price it honestly, and tell you exactly what difference a full set would have made.
Can I walk in wearing it today?
Yes. Walk-ins are welcome daily, 10am–9pm. If you would rather have the room to yourself, message us on WhatsApp and we will set aside a quiet hour with one of our specialists.
How do you pay?
Bank transfer or cash, whichever you prefer, on the day you accept. We buy outright, so you are never asked to wait while the watch finds its next owner.
What about watches bought abroad?
Welcome. Wherever a watch was first sold, it goes through the same in-house authentication before we make an offer. International warranty cards and receipts help, but they are not required.
No obligation. No pressure. If our number is not your number, you keep the watch and the coffee was on us.
